About Me
“Moving into a new home should be a wonderful experience and I like to help make that a reality for families in our area.”
A glimpse of the future
Crystal Sullivan had a feeling that a real estate license might come in handy someday. So, while she pursued her bachelors degree in Business Administration, she also took an elective real estate course. It was night school for her: Back then, Crystal was holding down a full-time job in the Commercial Real Estate Division of the Facilities Department at Ferguson Enterprises Inc. Today, with a broker’s license, valuable agency experience and several hundred real estate transactions to her credit, she has realized a long-time dream: owning her own real estate company.
A native daughter
Born in Newport News, Crystal was raised in Hampton, and her work in real estate has taken her far and wide in the Hampton Roads area. She knows it backwards and forwards, which is a boon for newcomers who are looking to settle here. Those who are selling their homes often stay in the area, relocating to a different neighborhood, a different community, and Crystal always has an eye out for the next home that will fill their needs.
Families and fun
Crystal understands families because she is so close to her own. She and her husband Greg have a blended family of five children, and they relish spending time with the grandchildren. When they can, the Sullivans also work in a bit of travel. And then there’s the sports angle—Crystal is a huge fan of Washington Nationals baseball plus Virginia Tech football and pro tennis. Fortunately, her favorite hobby is also her career: “I love real estate,” she says. So, between her new company, her outside interests and family, there is never a dull moment in Crystal’s world—and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Your home, your anchor
During the journey through life, change is constant, and the family home is often the anchor that keeps everyone grounded. A home is a haven. Some people live in one house for decades, while some seem to be constantly on the move. Crystal Sullivan’s priority is to help families settle into the area, relocate when necessary, find the home of their dreams, and let it become their anchor for whatever changes life brings.
